I got a chance to eat at Cafe Bravo this afternoon and was delighted as usual over my favorite dish not on the menu. The steak fajita burrito Is the star of the show. Whitney was my gorgeous waitress today, and made my visit even more special. Great food, great service and great environment. Very clean and inviting.

One of my favorite places in town! Fair prices. Huge portions. Friendly service. I love going here for celebrations because I know they will never let me down.

I recommend cafe bravo's happy hour. The service is friendly, the ambiance is cheerful, and there is a delicious selection of drinks and food.

Not my first review of Cafe Bravo but another rave review. We were feeling lazy so I called in a take out order. The man I spoke with was spot on with in taking our order. We had several changes and subs and he was not flustered. My husband picked up our order in the time frame given and it was ready! We got our dinner home and it was exactly how we requested. My husband loves the Bravo Burrito with all red sauce. My carne asada was tender, juicy and perfectly cooked. I subbed grilled veggies for the rice and beans bc I do low carb. Just an aside, I ordered carne asada recently at a Modesto restaurant and it was awful, shoe leather in quality and cooking. They need to take a lesson from Cafe Bravo! Cafe Bravo is one of the most consistently great restaurants whether dine in or takeout. They really listen.

Excellent service, food and lively ambiance. Reasonable prices for such service, food quality and full bar. A local fav for good reason.

If your looking for a great place to eat try Cafe Bravo! Food is full of flavor and fresh. Their burritos are the size of your forearm, just fyi! Some may say the prices are a little high but for the anpuny of food your getting its actially a deal! Service is punctual and the drinks are decently poured. The place is pretty clean and organized, we were a party of seven and they were able to put together a table in minutes!

Very good burger cooked perfectly, bun toasted, super juicy with a kind of Terriaki sauce, slightly grilled onions with some crunch, bacon and a pickle slice. Truffle garlic fries were good as well. Ranch was not too watery, not too thick and had great flavor too. Recommend and will be back to try more of their menu. Servers were sweet and attentive and gave me chips and salsa while I waited for my meal.

We've been dinning at Cafe Bravo for 3 years now. I love the micheladas, their salsa, and the friendly staff. We usually share the Volcano (Molcajete), but sometimes the fajitas. My dad loves the veggie burrito. The clam chowder in a bread bowl is good too. I like that they have black beans and we've tried the ceviche a couple times too. The full bar has tvs above it and several beers on tap. Look for a coupon in the Oakdale-Riverbank Direct mailer ($5 off $30/ or $10 off $60)

Good place. Mexican fusion type cuisine. Service is good. Room is loud regardless of where you sit. Food is interesting. Good appetizers, great flavor across the entrees, high quality ingredients, excellent salsa. Have had several items here, all are good. Price is a bit high, but portions are generous and you don't feel like you got robbed.

Cafe Bravo is a restaurant with a full service bar. The place was packed the night we dined (Friday night). I highly suggest making reservations! Our waitress was so nice I wish I remembered her name so I can shout her out here. We had a fairly large group and she took care of us with wonderful service. The restaurant is broken up into 3 rooms it seemed like. They have an option to sit at the bar but then they also have high tables and regular tables throughout restaurant. The bathroom is the sore spot of the restaurant as it is a one stall restaurant. Most of the time you have to wait in line. The best dish I tried was the pesto shrimp that my friend ordered. I highly recommend. Will I be back? YES... especially for the pesto shrimp.
